Salmon Jar Salad

  • Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon Skin Off 300g – 1 fillet, cooked and flaked
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Red cabbage, finely shredded
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Capsicum, diced
  • Spring onion, sliced
  • Coriander
  • Vermicelli noodles, soaked and drained

Salmon Bowl with Rice & Veggies

  • Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon Skin Off 300g – 1 fillet, cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 100g broccolini
  • 50g edamame, de-shelled
  • Spring onion, finely sliced
  • Coriander leaves
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh chilli, sliced
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper

Salmon Rice Paper Rolls with Slaw

  • 1 Tassal Salmon fillet – Tassal Frozen Salmon Portions 500g
  • 6 Rice paper sheets
  • 100g Vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • ½ Cucumber, cut into sticks
  • ½ Avocado, sliced
  • Fresh chilli, sliced
