Tassal Premium Selection Tasmanian Salmon is slowly cured in a combination of Australian sea salt and Bundaberg raw sugar. This traditional curing mix preserves the quality, colour and taste of the salmon.
Once cured, under the watchful eyes of our experienced Smoke Master, the salmon is delicately double smoked over beechwood for a minimum of 8 hours to bring out the salmon’s natural flavour and distinctive flavour.
The salmon is then carefully hand selected using the finest, quality salmon, expertly sliced and vacuumed sealed for freshness.
