Serve biscuits, Tassal Premium Selection smoked salmon and your selection on toppings.
Ingredients:
Your favourite large seedy biscuits
180g pack Tassal Premium Selection Smoked Salmon sliced on each biscuit
Topping options
Beetroot dip
Mixed lettuce
Crumbled feta
Quince paste
Baby cos lettuce
Brie
Bocconcini
Cherry tomatoes
Pesto oil
Olive oil mixed with prepared pesto
Hummus
Olive oil, to drizzle
Sumac spice
Beetroot leaves
Mashed avocado
Finely chopped cherry tomatoes
Combined with finely chopped red chilli
