Tassal Tasmanian Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon is a delicious and convenient way to eat salmon.

The cooking process intensifies the salmon’s rich delicious flavour and firm texture so it’s like enjoying fresh baked salmon but with a smokey flavour. The salmon is coated in cracked peppercorns during the curing process for those who enjoy an additional flavour hit for their hot smoked salmon.

Hot smoked portions are then vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience.

Ready for everyday eating or a special occasion. Our delicious Hot Smoked Salmon can be enjoyed just on its own or flaked on top as a perfect addition to a pasta, salad, pizza, platter or rice dish.
