Tassal Tasmanian Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon is a delicious and convenient way to eat salmon. It’s a ready-to-eat cooked salmon fillet!

Using the same curing and smoking process as cold smoked salmon, the temperature is then increased to cook the salmon flesh. The cooking process intensifies the salmon’s rich delicious flavour and firm texture, so it’s like enjoying fresh baked salmon but with a smokey flavour. Salmon is then coated in cracked peppercorn during the curing process. Perfect for those who enjoy an additional flavour hit on their Hot Smoked Salmon.

Hot Smoked Salmon portions are then vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience.
