Cooked Salmon & Smoked Salmon Party Platter
METHOD

Heat oil in a griddle pan. Once hot add the asparagus the cook turning every now and then for 2-3 mins. Remove and allow to cool.

Assemble all of the ingredients on a cheese board and enjoy!
Ingredients:
150g Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon with cracked peppercorn flavour, (previously known as Hot Smoked Salmon)
100g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon slices
1 tbsp oil
1 bunch of asparagus, tough ends removed
1 avocado, halved and thinly sliced
200g Vintage cheddar
Camembert
100g Pesto
100g Green stuffed olives
2 small ripe pears
1 punnet raspberries
1 punnet blueberries
1 cup roasted almonds
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
Assorted savoury crackers
