Tassal Tasmania Smoked Atlantic Salmon is a delicious and convenient way to enjoy salmon.

Fresh salmon is sprinkled in sea salt, slowly cured in a temperature-controlled cure room, then smoked with beechwood to create the delicate sweet smokey flavour with subtle woody notes and melt in your mouth texture.

Tassal Smoked Atlantic Salmon Cooking Pieces are made from smoked salmon trims. Made at the same high standards as our 100g, 150g and 250g, these salmon slices are broken or mis-sliced pieces and are perfect for adding to pasta or risotto for everyday family eating.
