Pesto Pita Pizza with Salt Reduced Smoked Salmon
METHOD
- Step 1

Preheat oven to 190°C. Place pita on prepared baking tray, spread with pesto. Then top with zucchini ribbons, asparagus and red onions. Break the bocconcini up as you place it around the pizza. Bake in the oven to 10 mins.

Remove from oven and top with smoked salmon. Serve warm & enjoy!

1 Whole meal Pita bread
2 Tbsp. Pesto
1 small Zucchini, shaved
1 bunch Asparagus, ends removed
¼ Red onion, thinly sliced
50g cherry Bocconcini
90g Tassal Salmon Salt Reduced Smoked salmon
