How to cook salmon in an air fryer
STEP 1Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
STEP 2Combine breadcrumbs, lemon rind, parsley and butter. Spray salmon all over with olive oil. Press crumb mixture over the top of each salmon fillet. Remove air fryer basket onto heatproof surface and carefully add crumbed salmon to one side of basket. Add chips and arrange in a single layer.
STEP 3Return basket to air fryer and cook for 10- 12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and chips are golden brown. Note: This recipe was prepared in a 700g capacity air fryer. Times and temperatures may vary between brands depending on capacity and wattage.
STEP 4Serve crumbed salmon with chips lemon, aioli and salad.
