Crumbed Salmon in Air Fryer

Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 180°C.

Step 2

Combine breadcrumbs, lemon rind, parsley and butter. Spray salmon all over with olive oil. Press crumb mixture over the top of each salmon fillet. Remove air fryer basket onto heatproof surface and carefully add crumbed salmon to one side of basket. Add chips and arrange in a single layer.

Step 3

Return basket to air fryer and cook for 10- 12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and chips are golden brown. Note: This recipe was prepared in a 700g capacity air fryer. Times and temperatures may vary between brands depending on capacity and wattage

Step 4

Serve crumbed salmon with chips lemon, aioli and salad


1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Rind of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
20g butter , melted

300g (2 portions) Tassal Tassie Fresh Salmon, skin off
Olive oil spray

200g frozen chips
Flaked sea salt, to serve

Lemon wedges, to serve
Aioli, to serve
Green salad , to serve
