Smoked salmon and cream cheese board
METHOD

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, zest and juice in a bowl

Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Add capers and cook for 2 minutes or until crispy
- Step 3

Spread cream-cheese mixture over a serving board. Top with salmon, dill, cucumber, radish, onion and capers. Drizzle with any remaining oil from pan. Serve with crackers
INGREDIENTS
250g spreadable cream cheese
300g sour cream
1 lemon, zested, juiced
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs baby capers, drained, pat dry on paper towel
2 x 250g pkt Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
1/2 punnet dill, sprigs picked
4 baby cucumber, thinly sliced
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
125g peppered water crackers
