Salmon & Chips
METHOD
- Step 1

Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees.

Quarter potatoes and toss in 2 tbsp. olive oil and rosemary, place onto a tray and into oven for 30-40mins until cooked and golden.

Marinate your Tassal Salmon in oregano, fennel seeds, lemon zest and remaining olive oil for 10-15mins.
- Step 4

Place a pan on a high heat, and to that add the marinated Tassal salmon fillet. Turn down to a medium heat when the Salmon hits the pan and cook for 3-4 mins on either side.

Remove potatoes from Oven and serve with Tassal salmon, mayonnaise, lemon and sea salt flakes

460g (4 portions) Tassal Tassie Salmon Fresh Salmon
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 potatoes
2 lemon (1 zest, and the other for garnish)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp sea salt flakes to serve
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve
