Panfried Salmon with Rice and Broccolini
- Step 1
Brush each side of salmon with the olive oil. Add to a preheated frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for 14 minutes, turning occasionally, or until fully cooked.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, heat rice blend to pack directions if using precooked option. Add broccolini to a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Step 3
To serve, divide rice blend between serving plates, top with salmon and accompany with the broccolini and some lemon wedges.
2 x 300g Tassal Tassie Fresh Salmon Fillets, skin off
2 tsp olive oil
2 cups cooked brown rice & quinoa blend
2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
Lemon wedges, for serving
