One-pan Crispy Skin Salmon with Broccolini
- Step 1
Line a medium fry-pan with a sheet of baking paper on medium heat, add olive oil and Tassal Salmon, skin side down.
- Step 2
Cook salmon for 3-4 mins and turn once for 2-3 mins. Add the lemon halves to the pan, cut side down, as well as the broccolini. Season well.
- Step 3
Remove from heat, add the capers. Serve in the pan and squeeze over caramelised lemon and enjoy!

260g Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon, Skin-on
1 x sheet baking paper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, halved
1 bunch broccolini, cut in half
2 Tbsp baby capers, drained
