Honey Sesame Salmon
METHOD
- Step 1

Combine honey, sesame seeds, soy and garlic and set aside.

Cook salmon in fry pan over medium heat using a small amount of oil. Once salmon is cooked through, add honey and soy sauce with spring onions.
- Step 3

Once salmon is heated through add broccoli and red capsicum and cook until broccoli is soft.
- Step 4

Serve with ½ cup brown rice.
Ingredients:
2 x 300g Tassal Tasmanian Fresh Salmon fillets – skin off
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. salt reduced soy sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 cups broccoli
1 red capsicum, finely chopped
2 cups brown rice, cooked
