Grilled salmon with green goddess sauce
METHOD

In a high-speed blender or food processor add in the spring onions, garlic, parsley, basil, lemon juice and green peas. Blend for 2min until smooth. Then slowly pour in the oil until a thick sauce form. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the salmon on a plate and coat rub cumin, paprika and olive oil over the salmon. Then heat a pan on medium heat and cook salmon skin down for 5mins. Then flip and cook for 2mins. Remove from pan.

Serve drizzled with green goddess sauce and a side of salad and crispy potatoes.
Ingredients:
2 x 300g Tassal Tasmanian Fresh Salmon skin on
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
Green Goddess Sauce
2 Spring onion
1 Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Parsley leaves
¼ cup Basil
Lemon juice half a lemon
1/4 cup green peas
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt and pepper
