Diced Salmon Tacos with Slaw

METHOD

Step 1

Using Tassal Salmon fillets, cut salmon into squares or purchase Tassal Fresh Diced Tassie Salmon.

Step 2

Prepare marinade in a bowl and chop vegetables. Heat up taco shells or mini wraps according to packet instructions.

Step 3

Marinade salmon and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Sauté the vegetables with soy sauce in large frying pan. In a separate frying pan, cook the salmon for 6-7 minutes until fully cooked.

Step 5

Serve your salmon tacos as you like with veggies. Squeeze with lemon.

Ingredients:

300g Tassal Salmon fillets (chopped into squares) or use 300g Tassal Diced Tassie Salmon

4 cups mixed vegetables (cut up cabbage, red onion, spinach leaves, capsicum and carrot)

1 avocado, sliced

Taco shells / mini wraps

Lemon to season

Marinade

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

2 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce

1 garlic clove, finely diced

Salt to season
