Deconstructed Salmon Bowl
METHOD
- Step 1

Heat a frypan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook salmon fillets, about 5 minutes each side until cooked through
- Step 2

Divide brown rice and quinoa, edamame, cabbage, carrot and cucumber into 2 bowls
- Step 3

Top each bowl with cooked salmon and a drizzle of Teriyaki sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top
Ingredients:
300g Tassal Salmon Fresh Tassie Salmon
1/2 cup brown rice & quinoa
1/2 cup edamame
1 cup purple cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup carrot, grated
4 baby cucumbers, chopped
Teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds
