Crispy skin salmon with salad
METHOD

To create crispy skin - pat salmon dry with paper towel.

Drizzle salmon all over with a little olive oil and season skin side with salt. Salt adds flavours and helps to create crispy skin. Sprinkle sumac or paprika for extra flavour if desired.

Preheat a non -stick pan or BBQ to a medium heat. Add a little more oil to pan or BBQ. Cook salmon skin side down for 5 minutes and then turn and cook for a further 5 minutes on the other side or until cooked through.

Enjoy salmon with Greek salad.
Ingredients:
300g (2 portions) Tassal fresh Tassie salmon, skin on
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt ,for seasoning
Sumac or paprika spice, for sprinkling
Greek salad, to serve
