Our salmon skin off portions are sliced and pin boned by machine, carefully checked by hand and sealed for freshness.

Our fresh portions are conveniently packaged to grab-and-go and can be cooked in a variety of ways. Simply panfry for crispy skin, oven bake or BBQ to serve with a salad or your favourite roast vegetables for a delicious meal that’s ready in minutes!
