Terms & Conditions

Promotion	WIN a Trip to the Home of Tassal Prawns
Promoter	Tassal Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 38 106 324 127) of 1 Franklin Wharf, Hobart, Tasmania 7000 www.tassalgroup.com.au By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and General Conditions of Promotion (Terms) and the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion may refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms.

Eligible Entrants	1. The promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over and who are residents of Australia. 2. Employees and their immediate family are ineligible to enter the promotion. “Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 3. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether an individual is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion. 4. Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group. 5. On notification of winning, a winner must verify their identity and provide evidence of their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify they are an Eligible Entrant in the Promotion.
How to Enter	6. To enter the promotionyou must: a) Click on the social giveaway link or the link on the website to enter giveaway b) Enter details (Name, email address, contact number, state) c) Agree to Sign up and stay up to date with Tassal. d) Read and consent to the Terms of the promotion; and e) Submit your entry by 11:59pm AEST on 1/04/2024. 7. Multiple entries from the same email addressare not permitted.
Monitoring and	8. The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries.
Moderation	9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 10. Entries that the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion to be incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Prizes and Draw	11. 1^st Prize is a $3,000 e-voucher Flight Centre Voucher that can be used for a Queensland Holiday. Total Prize pool is $3,250.00. Flight Centre Voucher is subject to their own T&C’s. 12. The draw will take place on the 10th April, 2024 at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 at 12.00 noon AEST and will be drawn at random. Approval 1296. 13. The winners will be notified by phone and email following the draw (within 3 working days of the draw) and the 1st prize winner will have their name announced on the Promoters website www.tassal.com.au on a page link from the 15th April, 2024. 14. Prize must be claimed by the close of business 15th May 2024. a) The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or sold. b) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied. c) The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage in the redemption of the prize. d) If for any reason the prize winner does not claim the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 15. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value. 16. If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award a Prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw	17. The Promoter will conduct a further draw, at Sam Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 at 12.00 noon AEST as is necessary on the 16th May, 2024 in order to distribute any prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such a draw is required, the winner/s will be notified via phone and email.

General Conditions of Promotion

1. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and likeness in the event that they are a winner for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

2. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

4. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of or participation in the prize.

5. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. You acknowledge and agree that Tassal may use your personal information in accordance with the Tassal Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by law.
