Promoter	Tassal Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 38 106 324 127) of 1 Franklin Wharf, Hobart, Tasmania 7000 www.tassal.com.au By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and General Conditions of Promotion (Terms) and the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion may refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms.

Eligible Entrants	1. The promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over and who are residents of Australia. Individuals must have an Instagram account in order to access the promotional page. 2. Employees and their immediate family are ineligible to enter the promotion. “Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 3. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether an individual is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion. 4. Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group. 5. On notification of winning, a winner must verify their identity and provide evidence of their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify they are an Eligible Entrant in the Promotion.
How to Enter	6. To enter the promotion you must: a) Follow Tassal Seafood on Instagram b) Share social image of Tassal Aussie Tiger Prawns in Prawn Bucket with @TassalSeafood and must hashtag #tassalprawnssummerdays c) Read and consent to the Terms of the promotion; and d) Submit your entry by 11:59pm AEST 31/03/2025.
Monitoring and Moderation	10. The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries. 11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or defamatory nature. 13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any entries that it considers go against the spirit of the competition. 14. Entries that the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion to be incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Determining the Winner	15. The prize winner will be determined by the Promoter’s judging panel and in accordance with the competition criteria. 16. On close of the Promotion, judging will commence. Unless advertised otherwise, the winning entrants will be notified by PM (private message) through Instagram by 5pm Tuesday 1^st April 2025. 17. All decisions of the Promoter’s judging panel are final and binding on each individual who enters the competition. 18. If for any reason the Promoter believes an Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award a Prize. 19. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best entries, and record them in order, in the event of a re-draw due to an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. 20. The prize winners must respond to the request for contact details from the Promoter within 5 business days of being contacted in order to claim their prize. If the prize winner does not respond within the time limit, the Promoter is within rights to contact the next eligible winner. 21. If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award a Prize.
Prize Pool	22. The total prize pool for the promotion is $500
Prize	23. There are 1 prize for the best eligible entry, as determined by the judges. The prize packs, valued at AUD $500 RRP (incl GST) consist of: – 1 x $500 VISA Gift Card via Prezzee 26. Prize must be redeemed by the close of business Monday 7^th April 2025, unless the Promotor has expressly agreed otherwise. a) The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or sold. b) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied. c) The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any damage in the redemption of the prize. d) If for any reason the prize winner does not redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 27. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value.
Notification of Prize	28. Unless advertised otherwise, the winning entrants will be notified by PM (private message) through Instagram by 5pm Tuesday 1^st April 2025.
Re-Draw (If Any)	29. If a prize is won by an Eligible Entrant and they do not claim their prize or the prize is returned to the Promoter by close of business Monday 7^th April 2025, a new winner will be determined from the reserve entries.

General Conditions of Promotion

As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant licences the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness and respond answer in the event that they are a winner dia for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of or participation in the prize
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
