- Step 1
Place paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a small bowl and combine.

Sprinkle half the spice mix onto each piece of salmon, making sure all four sides are coated.
- Step 3
Place coated salmon fillets on a non-stick griddle pan, fry on a medium heat for 2-3 mins each side. Place salmon onto a plate, gently pull apart into chunks and set aside.
- Step 4
In another bowl, combine avocado, mint, coriander and lime juice, seasoning further if you prefer.
- Step 5
Place a spoonful of avocado and herbs onto each warmed corn tortilla, then add spice salmon pieces and enjoy!

260g Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon skin-off
10 corn tortillas, warmed
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
¼ – ½ tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
Pinch of salt
1 tsp pepper
1 large avocado, deseeded, peeled and diced
1/3 cup coriander, roughly chopped
10 mint leaves, roughly chopped
1 lime, juiced
