Tassal Salmon Burger
METHOD
- Step 1

Drizzle a little olive oil into a preheated frying pan over medium heat. Add burger buns, cut face down. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Remove and set aside.

Drizzle a little more oil into the frying pan and cook salmon burgers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until fully cooked.
- Step 3

Place burger bun base on serving plate, top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, cucumber and salmon burger. Dollop with some tzatziki and give a squeeze of lemon. Add burger bun top and serve.

200g Tassal Salmon Burgers
1 tbs of olive oil
Cheese slices, of your choice
Shredded lettuce or iceburg lettuce
1 x cucumber, sliced thinly
1 x tomato, sliced
Tzatziki dip
