Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon Burger
METHOD
- Step 1

Heat a grill pan over high heat. Brush salmon patties lightly with oil and grill on both sides for 5 minutes until cooked.

Grill burger buns, cut side down, for 1 minute.
- Step 3

Spread tartare sauce over burger buns, top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and finish with the salmon pattie. Top the burger with the bun lid and serve.
Ingredients:
1 x 200g pack Tassal Tassie Salmon Burgers
Olive oil, for brushing
2 soft burger buns
50ml tartare sauce
1 large tomato, sliced
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
2 butter lettuce leaves
