Smoked Tassie Salmon Bruschetta

METHOD

Step 1

Toast bread. Spread the cream cheese, dips or avocado across the bread.

Step 2

Top with Tassal smoked salmon and preferred garnishes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
  • 9 slices pane di casa or sourdough
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp beetroot dip
  • 2 tbsp pesto dip
  • 1 tbsp capsicum dip 

Garnishes:

  • Capsicum, finely chopped
  • Radish, finely sliced
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Fresh dill
  • Crumbled fetta
  • Bocconcini, chopped
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Fresh lemon
