Smoked Tassie Salmon Bruschetta

Toast bread. Spread the cream cheese, dips or avocado across the bread.

INGREDIENTS
- 250g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
- 9 slices pane di casa or sourdough
- ¼ avocado
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp beetroot dip
- 2 tbsp pesto dip
- 1 tbsp capsicum dip
Garnishes:
- Capsicum, finely chopped
- Radish, finely sliced
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Fresh dill
- Crumbled fetta
- Bocconcini, chopped
- Black sesame seeds
- Fresh lemon
