Smoked Salmon and Sesame Bagel
METHOD
- Step 1

Toast ABE’S Sesame Bagels and spread the bases with a mixture of cream cheese, chopped dill and lemon zest.
- Step 2

Top with slices of Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon, thinly sliced red onion, drained baby capers and dill sprigs.
- Step 3

Sandwich with bagel tops and serve with lemon wedges.
