Smoked Salmon Salad

METHOD

Step 1

To make dressing, combine lemon, olive oil and seasoning.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients except the smoked salmon and pumpkin seeds.

Step 3

Serve the salad and drizzle over dressing. Top salad with smoked salmon and pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients:

250g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
1 cup of mixed herbs or sprouts
½ cup of mixed leaves
2 avocados, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted
¼ cup olive oil
1 Lemon
