Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl
METHOD
- Step 1

To make dressing, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and ginger.

Arrange the rice at the bottom of the bowl.
- Step 3

Arrange all other ingredients on top and serve with dressing mixed through.

Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds and enjoy!
Ingredients:
100g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
100g edamame beans
Beetroot, shaved
Fresh corn off the cob and toasted
½ avocado, sliced
¼ cup coriander, chopped
100g brown rice, cooked
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
