Smoked Salmon and Poached Egg Bagel

METHOD

Step 1

Half and toast 2x ABE’s Bagels

Step 2

Spread each half with butter

Step 3

Layer each of the bases with baby spinach, 2 slices Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon, sliced radish and a poached egg

Step 4

Season with Salt & Pepper

Step 5

Sandwich with bagel tops

Step 6

Serve

90g Tassal Smoked Salmon
2 ABE’s Bagels
Butter
Baby Spinach
Radish (sliced)
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to season
