Smoked salmon platter with crisp bread
METHOD
- Step 1

Place mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl and whisk together. Season to taste.

To serve arrange Salmon slices on platter. Sprinkle with onion, capers and dill. Place dressing in a bowl and serve with crisp bread.
INGREDIENTS:
3 slices bread
olive oil spray
paprika, to sprinkle
250g Tassal Tassie Smoked salmon slices
1/2 red onion, very finely sliced
2 tbsp baby capers
2 tbsp dill sprigs
lemon wedges, to serve
1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and white pepper, to taste
