Smoked Salmon Pizza Scrolls
METHOD
- Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with baking paper.
- Step 2

Sift flour into a bowl, add butter and rub until mixed. Make a well in the centre and add milk, mix with a knife. Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth.

Roll into rectangles. Spread pizza sauce over dough, leaving a 1cm strip along one long side. Sprinkle with cheese, smoked salmon and herbs. Roll up and cut into 12 rounds.

Lay scrolls flat on baking tray about 4cm apart and bake for 20 mins or until golden.

200g Tassal Tassie Smoked Salmon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
30gm butter
½ cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
3 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp herbs of choice
Salt & Pepper to season
