Smoked Salmon on Crackers
METHOD
- Step 1

Remove smoked salmon from pack and gently separate each slice.
- Step 2

Spread cream cheese over crackers, top with a slice of salmon and your choice of garnishes.
Ingredients:
150g Tassal Smoked Salmon
136g Cream cheese snack tub
Artisan style Flatbread crackers
Radish, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Red onion, finely sliced
Capers, rinsed
Pea shoots
Microherbs, to garnish
