Smoked Salmon Flatbread
- Step 1
Heat the flatbread as per packet instructions and set aside to cool.
- Step 2
Top with a spread of ricotta cheese, smoked salmon slices, avocado, tomatoes, red onion and dill.
- Step 3
Serve with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top and enjoy.

Flatbread – of your choice
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese or other soft cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
3-4 baby tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, sliced
Sprinkle of fresh dill
Lemon juice to serve
