Smoked Salmon Crostini’s
- Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180c. Place baguette slices on baking tray and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake until golden brown.
- Step 2
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3
Spread cream cheese mixture onto crostini and add smoked salmon slices. Garnish with coriander.
250g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
1 baguette, thinly sliced
½ cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper, to season
Coriander, to garnish
