Smoked Salmon Crostini with Marinated Onions
- Step 1
Firstly, prepare the marinated onions. Combine the oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper in a bowl and add red onions ensuring they are all covered. Set aside for 15 mins (or up to 24hrs)
- Step 2
Preheat oven to 190ºC. Spread baguette slices over a baking tray and brush them with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- Step 3
Spread the bread with cream cheese and then top with Tassal Smoked Salmon and a spoon of marinated onions. Drizzle with oil from the marinated onions and enjoy!

150g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
1 sourdough baguette, sliced (roughly 16 slices)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 Red onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
¾ cup extra virgin Olive oil
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt and pepper
