Smoked Salmon Blinis
METHOD
- Step 1

Mix all the blini ingredients together. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes heat a tbsp of butter in a large pan on medium heat, reduce to low heat. Add a tbsp of batter to the pan, i cooked 8 at a time. I slapped the pan down to spread the mixture. Cook for around 1 min on each side then flip and cook for another minute. Remove and repeat until all batter is used up. Makes around 30 mini blinis

Top with crème fraiche, Tassal Smoked Salmon, dill, capers and thinly sliced red onion. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Blinis:
150 g plain flour
2 tsp caster sugar
3 tsp baking powder
180 mL milk
1 egg
25 g butter, melted
Toppings:
1 pack 150 g Smoked Tassie Salmon
Creme fraiche mixed with chopped dill
Capers
Thinly sliced red onion
