Smoked Salmon Bagel
- Step 1
In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, capers, herbs and lemon rind. Stir to combine.
- Step 2
Slice bagels in half and spread with the herbed cream cheese. Cut two thick slices of lettuce and place on top of the cream cheese. Top with a generous amount of smoked salmon and serve with cucumber ribbons and a scatter of fresh herbs.
100g Tassal smoked salmon
120g spreadable cream cheese
1 teaspoon finely chopped capers
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
½ teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
2 mixed seed bagels
¼ small iceberg lettuce
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into ribbons
Micro cress or sprouts, to serve
