Smashed Avocado and Smoked Salmon Toast
- Step 1
Toast one slice of your favourite bread. Meanwhile, smash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Top the toasted bread with smashed avocado, 50g portion of smoked salmon slices, red onion and fresh dill.
- Step 2
Squeeze lemon juice over the top and enjoy!
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
1/2 avocado, smashed

1/4 red onion, finely sliced
