Salmon Tenders Taco

Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Prepare your lime slaw and avocado salsa and set aside.

Step 2

Cook for 10-12 mins or until salmon is cooked through or crisp and golden!

Step 3

Serve on corn tortillas topped with lime slaw, crispy salmon tenders, avocado salsa and an extra squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy!


1 packet x Tassal Salmon Tenders 280g

Lime slaw:

1/4 red cabbage, chopped

1/2 red onion, diced

1/2 lime juiced

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

Avocado salsa:

1 firm avocado, diced

1 handful coriander, chopped

1/2 lime juice

To serve: corn tortillas and extra lime
