Salmon Skewer With a Sweet Sesame Dressing

METHOD

Step 1

Thread salmon, zucchini, and onion pieces onto skewers.

Step 2

Combine sauce, sesame seeds and chilli flakes in a small bowl; stir to combine.

Step 3

Heat a large frying pan or BBQ over a medium to high heat. Spray skewers with oil and cook skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Serve skewers with steamed rice and coriander, spoon over chilli sauce.

Ingredients:

2 portions (approx. 300g) Tassal Salmon fillets, skin off, cut into 4 cm cubes
2 medium zucchini, cut into 1 cm rounds
½ small red onion, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons Honey and Soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
Steamed rice and fresh coriander sprigs, to serve
