Salmon Side with Salad

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced). Place salmon on a lined baking tray. Season and bake for 35 minutes or until fully cooked. Note: For crispy skin, pat skin dry with paper towel. Brush with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Then place fillet skin side up and cook for 35 minutes.

Step 2

Serve with salad of your choice
