Salmon Burger with Slaw
METHOD
- Step 1

Preheat a non-stick pan or BBQ to a medium heat. Add a little oil to pan or BBQ to prevent sticking and cook burgers for 5 minutes one side then flip to cook for a further 5 minutes or until fully cooked.

Combine mayonnaise (or yoghurt) with lemon juice and mix to create a dressing. Toss cabbage, carrot, and herbs together and drizzle with dressing.

Serve salmon burgers, soft rolls, slaw, tomato sauce and lemon on a platter, let guests have fun making their own.
Ingredients:
1 x 200g Tassal Tassie Salmon Burgers (pack of 2)
For the Slaw:
1/3 cup mayonnaise or natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 small red and green cabbage, finely shredded
1 small carrot, finely sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint and parsley
4 soft white rolls
tomato sauce , to serve
lemon wedges, to serve
