Salmon Burger with Slaw
METHOD

Combine the cabbages, snow peas and spring onion in a mixing bowl. Add oil, vinegar and seasonings, toss well.

Drizzle a little olive oil into a preheated frying pan over medium heat. Add burger buns, cut face down. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Remove and set aside.

Drizzle a little more oil into the frying pan and cook salmon burgers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until fully cooked.

Place burger bun base on serving plate, top with shredded salad and salmon burger. Dollop with some tzatziki and give a squeeze of lemon. Add burger bun top and serve.
Ingredients:
1 x 200g pack Tassal Tassie Salmon Burgers
1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
40g snow peas, finely sliced
2 spring onion, finely sliced
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper
4 burger buns, halved
Olive oil
Tzatziki and lemon, for serving
