Prawn & Mango Salad

To make the salad, combine all ingredients together, except for lemon wedges and divide into 2 bowls. Serve with fresh lemon wedge.
Ingredients:
12 Tassal Cooked Aussie Tiger Prawns, peeled
3 cups mixed lettuce
1/2 mango diced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/8 purple onion, finely sliced
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1-2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Lemon wedges
