Prawn Caprese Salad
METHOD
- Step 1

Arrange mozzarella, tomatoes and prawns in a ring on a serving platter.
- Step 2

Scatter with cherry tomato halves and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3

Combine olive oil and vinegar. Drizzle over salad and serve.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large ball of fresh mozzarella, thickly sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
450g pack of cooked Tassal Aussie Tiger Prawns, peeled with tails intact
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
