Meal Prep: Sesame Salmon and Asian Slaw
- Step 1
Prepare the dressing, combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake the jar until mixed.
- Step 2
Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and then dress the salad with soy dressing. Divide the salad into four airtight containers.
- Step 3
Spread the sesame seeds over a plate. Roll each piece of salmon in sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Preheat a large fry-pan with oil and add the salmon cooking for 5 mins and then flip and cook for another 5 mins. Remove the salmon and place one piece in each container with the salad.

460g Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon, Skin- Off
½ cup sesame seeds
½ Red Cabbage, shredded
100g Bean shoots
2 carrots, thinly sliced (julienned)
1 Lebanese Cucumber, thinly sliced (julienned)
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
¾ cup Fresh Herb – our favourites: coriander, mint and Thai basil!
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic, crushed
¼ red long Chilli, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Honey
½ cup hot water
