Low Carb Salmon Burger
METHOD
- Step 1

Lightly drizzle olive oil over sweet potato or zucchini and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40min.
- Step 2

Grill or lightly fry Tassie Salmon Burgers for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Step 3

Toast burger buns, top with Tassie Salmon patty, avocado and salad ingredients. Serve with vegetables fries.
Ingredients:
200g Tassal Tassie Salmon Burgers
4 Burger Thins
200g sweet potato or zucchini cut into chips
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for cooking)
4 slices beetroot
½ avocado
4 slices tomato
Handful of lettuce leaves
