Cooked Salmon Sandwich
METHOD

Put the diced avocado, lime juice, tomatoes and coriander into a bowl. Season with sea-salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir to combine.

Spread the cream cheese over two pieces of bread. Sprinkle with the dukkah and spoon over avocado mixture. Top with flaked Cooked Salmon and serve with remaining bread slices.
Ingredients:
75g Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon, 75g, flaked (previously known as Hot Smoked Salmon)
½ Avocado, diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
4 slices sourdough bread
80g spreadable cream cheese
2 teaspoons pistachio dukkah, optional
