Hot Smoked Salmon Cheese Platter

Heat oil in a griddle pan. Once hot add the asparagus the cook turning every now and then for 2-3 mins. Remove and allow to cool. Assemble all of the ingredients on a cheese board and enjoy!

150g Tassal Hot Smoked Tassie Salmon, Cracked Peppercorn
1 tbsp oil
1 bunch of asparagus, tough ends removed
1 avocado, halved and thinly sliced
100g Green stuffed olives
1 punnet raspberries
1 cup roasted almonds
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 packet savoury crackers
