Healthy Air-Fried Aussie Tiger Prawns with Spicy Dipping Sauce
METHOD
- Step 1

Remove heads from prawns and shell, however leaving the tails intact
- Step 2

Combine flour, panko crumbs, and salt and pepper. In a third bowl crack the egg and whisk with a fork
- Step 3

Dip each prawn in the mixture, followed by egg, and lastly panko crumb
- Step 4

Place crumbed prawns in a air-fryer and lightly spray with extra virgin olive oil. Cook the Tropic Co Tiger Prawns at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway throughout the time

While prawns cook, in another bowl, combine ingredients for dipping sauce. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.

Serve prawns with dipping sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime Serve right away!
Ingredients:
12 Tassal Raw Aussie Tiger Prawns, peeled, tails left on
Panko Bread Crumbs
½ cup plain flour
Salt& Pepper
1 egg
Lime wedges, to serve
Dipping Sauce
½ cup low-fat greek yoghurt
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
